Fact. The appreciation of this statement only comes from experience. It's truly a great test of men's ego to be fixers. But these moment are challenges thrown at us to become good listeners, emotionally present, empathetic, supportive and understanding, avoidng pretty much what appears to be practical and reasonable solutions.
