Good read Josef. I find myself to be essentially a book person. Although, I leverage videos and tutorials when learning something completely novel or complex. The visual understanding I receive from videos and tutorials provides a good foundation I can build on through reading. When I have enough visual understanding, I boycott videos and tutorials and jump into the deep end by reading books and official documentations.
