Hi Carole, at what age did you begin to experience these essential tremors? I ask because I’m a 29 years old black man who also experiences this same condition. For most of the times, my hand tremors are non-existent or barely visible. But in anxiety inducing situations my hands and sometimes my knees can shark badly. I feel out of balance sometimes too when standing.

Some information about your experience living with this condition would be much appreciated and hopefully it bring some calm to my anxiety about experiencing this at this young age.
