Josephine, this is a sad story. It’s always been that for first and second born. We tend to carry the brunt of the family at the expense of our own growth and wellness.

I pray Anna finds an escape. I pray she doesn’t end up harboring anger and resentment towards herself and her family. It’s easy to spiral into this hole after you’ve sacrificed your life to others who now love you from a distance.
