This is really good. It touches on a lot I’ve been working to correct about myself and my ratiotionship with others.
I’m learning to say no without feeling awful about it and even worst spiralling into overexplaining myself to someone who doesn’t care about it.
I’m becoming better with saying a pleasant NO when it sounds healthy and convenient for me.
I’m becoming comfortable about taking control and rescheduling an appointment when the time isn’t in my best interest.
So far it’s taken a lot of awareness, forcefully pushing forth the words out of my mouth even when it’s hard.
This journey has been refreshing so far.
